Filter timesheet entries by project & task
Allow filtering timesheet entries by project (and potentially by task) so that a Client can be easily invoiced separately for each project. At present, must pick through a list of potentially hundreds of time sheet items for a Client and tick each one individually.

Add views to the iPhone app so I can view entries for the week, or month. Improve app navigation
This app on the iPhone could be so much better if the interface had some simple improvements. The app iHourstracker ($2.99) is much better but that app lacks a web database to back it up like invotrak and it also doesn't let you make notes about entries. But the interface is MUCH better. If invotrak would improve the iPhone app UI it would be a winner.

Have accurate amounts on invoices page after partail payment
Currently the whole payment total is still showing after a partial payment has been made on the invoices page. The amount collected section is also not reflecting this payment change. If we could just see the remainder, or possibly have a separate column showing payments made the invoices page would be more functional.

A records of invoice e-mails sent
With all of the invoices we send it would be nice to have a record of the invoices we have sent to client without having to CC someone. Perhaps in the invoices records where the timesheet is.

When generating an invoice, save straight to Invotrak
When creating an invoice using the Generate Paper Invoice feature, after generating the invoice, include an option to save the generated PDF to the invoice record in Invotrak.
This is to prevent having to download the PDF then re-upload it again afterward.

Estimate
Some businesses require an estimate to be given before it becomes an invoice. A template that will hill have 'estimate' as opposed to 'invoice' would be handy

make the footer come in at the bottom of the invoice not in the middle!
the current footer is not at the bottom of the invoice it comes in at under the last line item which sometimes is in the middle of the page. I have to pre print my paper with a footer using word to

give a "save & send e-mail" option after editing an invoice
When we are editing an invoice, we are almost always sending a notification to clients. However, we have to go back to the main invoice page > Send E-mail to do this. We think this will just remove a step and make up all happy ;)

'To' and 'From' dates in invoice statistics
It would be really useful for me to be able to specify a date range of invoice statistics. My year end is April, and I would be able to see instantly how much I have billed in those specific 12 months.

When recording an invoice, go straight to Generate
Include an option on the Settings page that turns on/off going straight to the Generate Paper Invoice screen after recording an invoice. This is to streamline the process of recording & creating invoices.

Automatically add tax
Optional line-item at the bottom of an invoice that adds a percentage of the total value as a tax. For example, Canadian GST is 5% on invoiced labour. Presently have to pull out a calculator and add manually as a line-item and update the invoice total.

Add page values or Next field at the top or center of the page.
Scrolling down to the bottom of the screen gets a little obnoxious when you have 5 pages of invoices and all you have is Next. Otherwise, give the user the ability to view invoices in different order.
